Branding : Poppy's Ice cream
Poppy's was created as a branding experiment. I wanted a very homemade, inviting feeling and used certain elements to highlight this.
Branding : Jade Brooks
The purpose of this project was to explore and create a story for an album. "Mirage" focuses on illusions. To start this process, I placed printed pieces of type underwater and captured the movement created. I then used this imagery along with refraction effects to convey the theme. I was then able to incorporate branding elements such as the color palette and typefaces.
Packaging : Novus Cosmetics
Novus, meaning "new", is clean and sleek. The color palette is inspired by an organic brand feel and reflects the ingredients in the products.
Packaging : Wild Fire
The goal of this project was to create a whiskey brand endorsed by a celebrity of our choosing. My group chose the female singer, Bishop Briggs, and planned to launch the drink at a concert event. Wild Fire focuses on empowering women and gives them a chance to consume whiskey without feeling intimidated. At the conclusion of this project, each group presented their idea to Contagious, a design company located in Scotland.
Logos
A company's story and brand should be clearly displayed through their logos. For these freelance design projects, I worked alongside the clients to understand their needs and wants for their brand.

For this experiment, I had the idea of combining my photography with design. I used different images from my travels abroad and kept a similar style to create a series.

When working on these posters, I wanted the main focus to be on texture and movement.
Layout : Editorial
Edinburgh Napier University's student magazine, World Wide Napier, focuses on culture and diversity. It includes articles from various languages and topics. The assignment for this project was to create a magazine cover as well as grid layouts for the content spreads.

These logos were created for Magee-Womens, Science is Hope, telethon event. I then incorporated them into the program booklet cover.
